I have been asked by a number of members to run a webinar on “Problems on Tour”.
So Chris Finn (Accreditation Director) and I will do that at 1930 on Wednesday 3 September.
I will start with some general observations about the types of problems we may expect on tours.
We will then drill down into some examples of problems Chris and I have experienced over the years, and how we dealt with them.
Chris will then talk about prioritisation and problem-solving, finishing with how this broadly relates to Assignment 5.
There will then be a Q&A session which will not be placed on the web-site verbatim. Instead, there will be a summary of the general points brought out appended to the recording of the webinar.
