Online Event – The Battlefields of the Western Front in the era of Covid-19

As Europe starts emerging from Covid-19 Lockdowns many of us are looking forward to returning to the battlefields of Belgium and France. But what can we expect? And what has life been like on the battlefields during our enforced absence? Well, Guild members Julie and David Thomson (owners of No56 B&B on the Somme) and Genevra Charsley and Jacques Ryckebosch (owners of Flanders Battlefield Tour in Ypres) have agreed to share their thoughts with us. They will give us a unique insight into life on “The Battlefields of the Western Front in the era of Covid-19.”
