One of the series of Guild webinars, given by the Guild President, Steve Abbott, will take place on Monday 113 April, commencing at 1930 (UK time).
The webinar will cover the rationale for the formation of the Corps (styled a Regiment) and WWII actions, including the antecedents in the RAF Armoured Car Squadrons. The Cold War Years, the era of humanitarian intervention, concluding with developments to the present day.
Inter alia, he will include details of two contemporary actions in Iraq and Afghanistan that saw major gallantry awards.
